Shipping and Returns
Shipping
The exact shipping cost depends on the destination and the selected shipping method. It is always displayed separately in the shopping cart. There will be no surprises once the order is finalized. Shipments are made exclusively via courier.
- Shipments are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Orders paid via PayPal or credit card are shipped no later than the day after the order date, except in special circumstances. Delivery takes place within 1–2 business days, depending on the destination area.
- We do not ship to countries under embargo by the Italian government.
A signature is always required upon delivery. The Customer may authorize another person to sign for the delivery, provided that this individual is present at the specified address and is at least 18 years old. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the Customer must contact the assigned courier.
Canceling an Order
To cancel an order, simply log in to the My Account section and cancel the order listed under My Orders.
If the order status shows as Processing, it means the order has already been shipped or is being prepared for shipment and cannot be canceled from your account.

Defective Items or Incorrect Shipments
Upon delivery, the Customer must inspect the packaging for damage. If the product appears damaged or does not match the order placed, the Customer must refuse the shipment and clearly note the nature of the damage and/or error on the delivery note.
The Customer must promptly notify Coltellerie Paolucci of the issue by sending an email to: web@coltelleriepaolucci.it. For assistance, you may also call +39.0874.890120 (Hours: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM / 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM, Monday–Friday).
Coltellerie Paolucci will cover all return shipping costs for items not accepted due to damage to the packaging or the product itself.
