Right of Withdrawal

Customer Rights

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without penalty and without stating a reason, within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the product(s) to the Customer or to a third party designated by the Customer. In the case of multiple goods ordered through a single order and delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day the consumer, or a third party designated by them, acquires physical possession of the last item.

The essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal is that the product(s) to be returned remain substantially intact. More specifically, the consumer is liable only for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods (Art. 57, paragraph 2, Italian Consumer Code). Damage or breakage of the product due to improper use or use for purposes other than its intended function will result in forfeiture of the right to return and refund.

Procedure to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

• Send a written notice to Coltellerie Paolucci using one of the following methods:
  – Email to web@coltelleriepaolucci.it;
  – Registered letter with return receipt to Via Teste, 3 – 86095 FROSOLONE (IS).
  The notice must include an explicit statement of intent to withdraw from the contract and the order identification number.
• Within 4 working days of receiving the notice, Coltellerie Paolucci will send instructions for returning the products via email, including a label with the customer’s details, delivery address, courier information, and a phone number to schedule pickup.
• Package the product (preferably in its original packaging, with authentic labels, accessories, instructions, and warranty documentation). Print and affix the label provided by Coltellerie Paolucci.
• Ship the product within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the return instructions.

Coltellerie Paolucci will refund the cost of the purchased products (excluding shipping fees) within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the withdrawal notice, provided the goods are delivered to the carrier complete and undamaged. If the returned goods are incomplete or damaged, the Customer will be notified immediately and the return will not be accepted.

This withdrawal procedure applies exclusively to purchases made on the website www.coltelleriepaolucci.it.
