Terms and conditions of use

These General Terms apply to all supplies provided by Coltellerie Paolucci S.n.c. to the consumer, including products developed and offered for sale at a later date.

WEBSITE OWNERSHIP
The website www.coltelleriepaolucci.it is owned by COLTELLERIE PAOLUCCI S.n.c. – Via Teste, 3 – 86095 Frosolone (IS) (VAT No. 00032780942, Tax Code 00032780942), registered with the Isernia Companies Register under No. 00032780942, R.E.A. 14779.

The sale of products and services via electronic means is governed by Articles 45 to 67 of Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005 (Consumer Code) and by Legislative Decree No. 70 of 9 April 2003 on electronic commerce. The contract between the Customer and Coltellerie Paolucci S.n.c. shall be interpreted in accordance with Italian law.

By placing an order on the website, the Customer declares to have read all the provided information and to fully accept these General Terms of Sale and Payment. These terms form an integral part of the sales contract.

The prices of products listed on the website include VAT.

The Customer may purchase products visible on www.coltelleriepaolucci.it after registering. Order acceptance is confirmed by email. Coltellerie Paolucci reserves the right, at its sole discretion, not to accept orders.

Products are shipped at the expense and risk of Coltellerie Paolucci. The Customer must inspect the goods upon delivery and report any damage or missing items on the delivery note.

The legal warranty provided under the Consumer Code is 24 months for non-conformities not detectable at the time of purchase.

For disputes arising from the interpretation, execution, or termination of the distance sales contract, the exclusive territorial jurisdiction shall be that of the court of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile, provided it is located in Italy.

These General Terms of Sale shall remain valid until modified by Coltellerie Paolucci. Any changes will become effective upon publication on the website.
