These General Terms apply to all supplies made by Coltellerie Paolucci S.n.c. to the consumer, including products developed and offered for sale at a later date.

The website www.coltelleriepaolucci.it is owned by COLTELLERIE PAOLUCCI S.n.c. - Via Teste, 3 - 86095 Frosolone (IS) (VAT no. 00032780942, Tax code 00032780942), Companies Register of ISERNIA no. 00032780942, R.E.A. 14779.

The sale of products and services by electronic means is governed by articles 45 to 67 of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 (Italian Consumer Code) and by Legislative Decree no. 70 of 9 April 2003 on electronic commerce. The contract between the Customer and Coltellerie Paolucci S.n.c. shall be interpreted in accordance with Italian law.

By placing an order on the website, the Customer declares that they have read all the information provided and that they fully accept the general terms of sale and payment. These terms form an integral part of the contract of sale.

The selling prices of the products published on the website are inclusive of VAT.

The Customer may purchase the products displayed on www.coltelleriepaolucci.it after registration. Acceptance of the order is confirmed by email. Coltellerie Paolucci reserves the right not to accept orders at its sole discretion.

Products travel on behalf of and at the risk of Coltellerie Paolucci. The Customer must check the goods upon delivery and report any damage or shortages on the delivery note.

The legal warranty provided by the Italian Consumer Code is 24 months for lack of conformity that could not be detected at the time of purchase.

For disputes arising from the interpretation, performance and termination of the distance sales contract, territorial jurisdiction lies mandatorily with the court of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile, if in Italy.

These general terms of sale shall remain valid until amended by Coltellerie Paolucci. Any changes shall take effect from their publication on the website.
