SHIPPING

The exact shipping cost is dependent on the destination and shipping method which is chosen. This cost is displayed separately in the cart. Once the order is completed there will be no added costs suprises. Shipments are made only by courier.

  • Shipments are made Monday through Friday, except holidays.

  • We do not ship to countries excluded by the Italian state

Upon delivery a signature is always required to confirm delivery. If the addressee is not present at the time of delivery, the delivery can be accpeted by another person granted that they are at least the age of 18 years of age. If no one is present at the time of delivery, you should contact the courier directly to reschedule an approproate delivery time

CANCEL AN ORDER

To cancel your order just go to the "My Account" and cancel the order in the "My orders" list.

If the order is in the process of "Processing" it means it was sent out during shipping and you can’t cancel it from your account.

DEFECTIVE OR WRONG SHIPPING

Upon delivery, the customer is required to check that the packaging is not damaged and, if the product is damaged or does not comply with the order sent, not to accept the shipment, noting clearly on the delivery note the nature of the damage and / or the error.

The customer is required to notify Coltellerie Paolucci its problem by sending an email to: customerservice@coltelleriepaolucci.it; for assistance call +39.0874.890120. Hours: 9:00 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. / Monday - Friday.

Coltellerie Paolucci will support all the costs related to the return of products not accepted for damages occurred on the packaging or product.
