Ottimo coltello
Lavoro nella ristorazione da molti anni..ho maneggiato molte marche di coltelli ..e vi assicuro che questo coltello è ottimo ..la lama tiene il filo per molto tempo e basta un colpetto di acciarino per farla tornare praticamente nuova..il manico è confortevole ed usandolo parecchie ore non stanca la mano…sicuramente comprerò altri coltelli..bravi bravi bravi
