The carving knife, also called a chef's knife, is a "multipurpose" knife.
Ideal for cutting vegetables, greens, fruit and sometimes for meat processing.
What differentiates it from the kitchen knife is the height of the blade which, protruding downwards from the handle, allows the classic shredding and slicing operation that we always see cooks doing.


Knives of the Imperiale line are made from molybdenum vanadium steel X60-Cr-Mo-18 of high quality, which ensures accurate cutting and long lasting.
